Subject: Recruitment to 15 posts of Medical Officer/Research Officer (Ayurveda) in Ministry of Ayush. [Advertisement No. SPL/52/2016 published on 27.02.2016, Vacancy No. 16025201727, Item No. 01]

A Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) for the above post was held on 19.03.2017 to shortlist the candidates to be called for interview. RT result was declared on 18.04.2017 and 51 candidates were declared shortlisted, subject to eligibility. All the shortlisted candidates were asked to furnish the requisite documents to verify their claims made in the Online Recruitment Application.

  1. After verifying the documents of the candidates, it has been observed that the following candidates have not furnished the complete documents. Therefore, the candidates concerned are requested to furnish the photocopies of the deficient documents mentioned against their Roll No. in order to clear their Provisionality. The said documents may be sent to the Under Secretary (SPC-I), Room No. 3, Main Building, UPSC, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road positively by 31.05.2017.

C Degree/Provisional certificate of BAMS along with mark sheets pertaining
to all the academic years as proof of educational qualification claimed
D Certificate of Enrolment on the Central Register of Indian Medicine or
State Register of Indian Medicine as on or before the closing date i.e.
17.03.2016. Candidates have to produce the proof of having
registered/enrolled as on or before the closing date as claimed in their
Online Recruitment Application (ORA).
E PH Certificate in prescribed format
F Affidavit for change in either name or spelling of name in Online
