SSC JE Age Limits 2019 Released, Junior Engineer Exam Relaxations
Staff Selection Commission has announced Age Limits for SSC Junior Engineer Exam in its official notification for JE 2019. SSC declared Relaxations for SSC Junior Engineer Exam 2019 for General, SC, ST, OBC, Physically Handicapped (PH), Ex-Servicemen, Central Govt., Widows/Divorced, Defence Personnel etc details given below.

Candidates should note that the Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate or an equivalent certificate only will be accepted by the Commission for determining the age and no subsequent request for its change will be considered or granted.
SSC Junior Engineer Exam Relaxations in Age Limits
Candidates are advised to opt only for such posts for which they have the qualification and are within the prescribed age limits. Permissible relaxation of upper age limit prescribed under para 4 above and Category Codes for claiming age relaxation as on date of reckoning:-

| 07 | Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01- 01-1980 to 31-12-1989. | 5 years | |
| 08 | Defence Personnel disabled in operation during hostilities with any foreign country or in a disturbed area and released as a consequence thereof. | 3 years | |
| 9 | Defence Personnel disabled in operation during hostilities with any foreign country or in a disturbed area and released as a consequence thereof (SC/ ST ). | 8 Years | |
