Physical Efficiency Test (PET) of SSC GD Constable Exam

The PET consists of physical measurements such as height and chest measurements for male candidates and height measurements for female candidates. It also includes a race for both male and female candidates.

Physical Standard Test (PST) of SSC GD Constable Exam

The PST includes height and chest measurements for male candidates and height measurements for female candidates. Candidates who do not meet the prescribed physical standards are disqualified from the recruitment process.
