NEET 2018 Syllabus

NEET Syllabus completely based on of 10+1 and 10+2 exam subjects. The syllabus is made with the guidance of Medical Council of India, CBSE has prepared the uniform syllabus. The student can download PDF file of Physics, Chemistry, Biology that will be prescribed by the MCI. The syllabus contains all topics on these 4 subjects. NEET 2018 Exam Pattern

  1. Examination duration: 3 hours.
  2. The paper will be having 180 questions of MCQ type.
  3. You will get 4 marks for correct answer and -1 mark for the wrong answer.
  4. Provided Question paper in English & Hindi language.
  5. NEET 2018 question paper is divided into 4 sections which are as follows-
    Botany: 45 questions, Physics: 45 questions, Zoology: 45 questions, Chemistry: 45 questions.

(a)       Pattern of the Entrance Test:-  AIPMT NEET 2018

The Entrance Test shall consist of one paper containing 180 objective type questions (four options with single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) to be answered on the specially designed machine-gradable sheet using Ball Point Pen provided by CBSE at centre only.

The duration of test would be 03 hours.

(b)       Language of the Question Papers:-

(i)    Candidates can opt for Question Paper either in English or in Hindi.

(ii)   Option of medium of Question Paper should be exercised while filling in the application form and the option once exercised by candidates cannot be changed later.

(iii)  Candidates opting for English would be provided Test Booklet in English only and the candidates opting for Hindi would be provided Bilingual Test Booklet i.e. in Hindi and in English.

(iv) In case of any ambiguity in translation of any of the questions, its English version shall be treated

as final.

ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS  AIPMT NEET 2018

Nationality:

  • Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian citizen. OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) candidates are also eligible to apply.
  • J&K/AP/Telangana: Such candidates are eligible for All India 15% quota only (also eligible for admission in AFMC, Pune) on the basis of self-declaration.
  • Aadhaar Card Requirement: Indian National candidates must have an Aadhaar Number to apply for NEET exam.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: The minimum age limit is 17 years as on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
  • Maximum Age: The maximum age limit is 25 years (for General and OBC candidates) and 30 years (for other categories) on the date of exam.

Qualification:

  • Examination: Candidates should have qualified 12th or equivalent exam.
  • Subjects: Subjects Should be Chemistry, Physics, Biology/Biotechnology with English as a compulsory subject.
  • 10+2 appearing students are also eligible to apply.
  • Marks Required: In the qualifying exam (PCB group), students should have obtained at least 50% marks for general, 45% marks for general-PH and 40% marks for SC/ST & OBC.

NEET 2018 Admit Card Download

Candidates applying for the NEET 2018 UG Examination can download the Admit Card through Online mode by visiting NEET official website i.e. www.cbseneet.nic.in. The Admit Card is expected to be released by the third week of April 2018. For the convenience of the candidates, we have explained below steps on How to Download NEET 2018 Admit Card.

  • The official website will release the Authority.
  • The applicants will be issued Admit Cards in April 2018.
  • Take admit card print outs.
  • They are required to take admit card along with them during examinations.

NEET 2018 Cutoff Marks

The cutoff Score for counselling under 15%  All India Quota seats will be declared in the month of June 2018 by conducting authority on their official website.The merit list will be prepared by the Examination authority based on NEET Cutoff and that involves the candidate’s marks range, no.of candidates & category.After releasing the cutoff marks, candidates can check cutoff marks through online and the counselling would be conducted the MCC(Medical Counselling committee) for in the order of merit /waiting list.

  • To be eligible for admissions in medical college, they need to pass the cut off marks in the examinations.

 

NEET 2018 Result

The NEET Result by CBSE on June 2018.The NEET 2018 Exam conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), New Delhi for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in all government, private, deemed college/ institutions across the country for the academic session 2017-2018. Over 8lakh candidates are appeared for this national level medical entrance test from the past two years.So the aspirants are waiting for their NEET Result 2018 to check the NEET Score whether they are qualified or not.After releasing the results, candidate may check result by enter the candidate NEET Roll no. and date of birth from below link.

  • Candidates can check result of NEET 2018 on the official website in month June 2018.
  • For checking results, they need to fill up registration numbers and exams roll numbers.
  • Applicant needs to download result for counseling.

 

NEET 2018 Score Card

CBSE will also release the soft copies of NEET 2018 score cards for all the candidates who appeared in the examination. NEET Score Card 2018 will include your NEET exam subject-wise score, All India Rank, NEET 2018 cut off marks, etc. NEET score card is mandatory for all students to participate in the counseling process to get admission in one of the participating medical colleges. CBSE will not dispatch individual NEET score cards to any students by post; only the soft copies of scorecards will be made available through the official website. NEET 2018 Scorecard are announced after the examination that includes all subject’s marks and all India ranking obtained by the candidate.
