IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- School timings on examination days will be 08:00 am – 12:15 pm.
- School transport timing on examination days will remain same.
- Days between the exams should be considered as preparatory leaves.
- Students absent on the day of exam shall be marked absent and second chance will not be given in any case.
- Grades will be awarded in ancillary subject according to 3 points grading scale. Internal marks will be given as follows : Periodic test 25 marks, attendance 5 marks, subject enrichment 5 marks, project-based activities 5 marks, portfolio 5 marks, multiple assessment 5 marks .(wherever applicable)
- Parents must help the child to revise the syllabus properly. Make the time table for revision at home.
- Result will be declared on 11/10/2025 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and progress report will be handed over to the parents on that day.
Clearance of Dues: In case you have not paid due fees of your ward till date, please deposit the same immediately in any case before commencement of half yearly examination & take clearance from the reception.
SCHOLARSHIP OF Rs. 11000/- (RUPEE ELEVEN THOUSAND) in Senior Secondary Branch: All students will be awarded scholarship of Rs. 11000/- (rupees eleven thousand) who score A1 or A2 grade in aggregate with A grade in discipline consecutively for 2 years in both half yearly and final exams of classes VIII to XIII
