                                                     DATE SHEET HALF YEARLY  EXAMINATION (2019-20)

Important instructions

1. School timing on examination days will be from 8:00 am – 12:40 pm.
2. School transport pick up timing on examination days will remain unchanged but drop operations will commence at 12:30 p.m. Parents must reach at assigned bus stop 1 hours 30 minutes before scheduled drop time.
3. Students absent on the day of exam shall be marked absent and second chance will not be given in any case.
4. Result will be declared on 12^th October2019 (Saturday) 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and progress report will be handed over to the parents on that day.
5. Grades will be  awarded in ancillary subjects according to 5 point grading scale.
6. Parents must help the child to revise the syllabus properly. Make a time table for revision at home.
7. Clearance of Dues : In case you have not paid due fees of your ward till date, please deposit the same immediately in any case before commencement of half yearly examination & take  clearance from the reception.
8. Motivational Rewards :

Rewards for motivation as per detail given in school Almanac page no-22 ( Awards will be based on aggregate performance at the end of the year )
