The Post-Result CBSE counselling will begin from 02^nd May and continue till 16^th May 2019 daily from 8 am to 10 pm on all days. For the 22^nd consecutive year CBSE will be providing counselling services to students and parents to overcome common psychological problems and general queries related to Class X and XII results.

During the 2nd Phase, 72 Principals and trained counsellors from within CBSE affiliated schools located in and outside India will provide voluntary and free of cost service on behalf of Board.

Centralized Toll Free Access in India

Students can dial a toll free number 1800 11 8004 from any part of the country which will give centralized access to CBSE helpline. The toll free access will provide two options to callers in the country.:

• IVRS : for useful tips on dealing with results
• Line Connectivity: students will be connected to the principals or counsellors and special educator in case of result related anxiety or stress through tele operators.

The tele helpline will be operational from 08 AM to 10 PM from 02^nd May to 16^th May 2019 on all days, while IVRS can be accessed anytime anywhere by callers.
