CORRIGENDUM

F.No.3/4/2015-P&P-II:  Candidates may refer to the Notice issued for “Junior Engineers (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical and Quality Surveying & Contract) Examination-2015” dated 11.7.2015. Subsequent to the above notification, 03 more Departments viz (a) Farrakka Barrage Project (b) Central Water Power Research Station and (c) Directorate General of Border   Roads   (MOD)   are   included   for   participating   in   the   said examination. Consequent to the above addition the consolidated/position of the all participating organisations in respect of Para 2, 4-A and 6 of the said notice will be as under:-

Note-I: The candidates will be allowed to exercise fresh option during document verification which will be final.

 

Note-2: It may also be noted that the posts of Junior Engineers in the Directorate General Border Roads (MOD) are only for suitable male candidates as per their medical standard. A copy of medical standard of Directorate General Border Roads (MOD) is also available on the Commission’s website.

 

Note-3:  Candidates may take note of medical standards prescribed for the posts of Directorate General Border Roads (MOD). Candidates who fail in medical standards after nomination by SSC will be treated as ineligible and  will  not  be  re-allocated  to  another  posts  afterwards.  Hence  due caution may be exercised while giving fresh options.

 

Note-4:     All the candidates are requested to update themselves while submitting options for Departments in the JE Examination – 2015.
